Your mission:
We are seeking a customer- and results-focused Partner Success Manager to work closely with current clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

      This role will give you the opportunity to:

      • Be responsible for driving account strategies to increase revenues from existing clients
      • Research partners, identify key players and finalise partnerships agreements in the FinTech ecosystem
      • Support the revenue generation from new business relationships
      • Provide support in sales across the DACH region
      • Join an emergent and agile Growth team, and report directly to our VP of Growth


      • 3-5 years of experience in Business development and Account Management roles, ideally in leading FinTech or top Management Consulting firms
      • Demonstrated knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem and Upvest’s positioning in the market
      • Be able to fully understand Upvest’s product value, and be constantly updated on new product features
      • Effective consultative sales and presentation skills
      • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (German is not required, though a strong plus)
